The Customer hereby agrees and accepts that in the bank agrees to sanction the loan to the Customer, the loan application of the Customer, the disbursement of the loan by the bank is subject to the Customer signing and submitting all such documents as may be required by the bank including submission of all know your customer (KYC) documents, execution of the loan agreement (in the form and manner as may be required by the bank), Regional Transport Office forms and such other forms and/or documents as may be required by the bank for the completion of the loan process as prescribed by the bank, subject to the satisfaction of the bank. The Customer hereby agrees and undertakes that the Customer is merely applying/ submitting a request through the MSIL platform for a loan from the relevant bank and the bank may sanction/ grant the loan at its sole discretion and any sanction/ grant of the loan shall be subject to the verification by the bank of the loan application and the completion of the loan process as prescribed by the bank, subject to the satisfaction of the bank. The bank may at any time in its sole discretion reject or accept the loan application of the Customer and the bank shall not be required to provide any reason whatsoever for such acceptance or rejection. The Customer hereby expressly consents to and authorises Maruti Suzuki India Limited (“ MSIL”) to share personal information in relation to the Customer such as the Customer’s name, mobile number, email address and/or any other Information (defined below) of the Customer with various banks and acknowledges that the said banks may share the information with credit bureaus, generate a credit score, perform a credit scrub/ credit bureau check, map the Information with its database and check the eligibility of the Customer for an offer with the respective bank for a loan or for any other product and the Customer authorises MSIL to show such offer/s to the Customer on the platform.
